The crown cork (3) has an upper section and a cup-like cavity which is open at the bottom and encompassed by locking teeth of a closed ring extending from the upper section of the crown cork. A fitting ring (1) is detachably installed in the cavity and has the shape of the free upper end of the neck of a bottle sealed by the crown cork. The fitting ring on the end orientated towards the upper section of the crown cork has an upper slot for a retaining band.
