The insert (4) for a bearing or joint, with three-dimensional movement, has a body with a T-shape with journals (17) along the main axis (20). A further journal is on an axis (22) at right angles to the main axis. Pot-shaped bearing mold bodies (18) are placed on the journals, each with two sliding bearing bushes without play and with edge sections (16). The bearing or joint is of plastics, metal, light metal or a light metal alloy molded around the insert by die casting, with the insert of the same material as the bearing/joint.
