A combination apparatus within a module series of a wrist watch and acceptable telephone with a reduced amount of functions as an auxiliary for families to be used for children from the school age children and frail (needy) family members
Combination device comprises wristwatch and reduced function mobile phone that comprises four modules with screw connections. There are four modules, one upper, two side and one lower. The lower module contains battery, alarm, lock connection and SIM card. The side modules allow matching of the device to different wrist sizes and the upper module comprises loudspeaker, microphone, display and two operating buttons as well as the main circuit board.
