FIELD: medicine, coagulography.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting compensatory restoration of morphofunctional state in hemostasis system in patients with severe combined trauma due to mathematical modeling by applying hemostatic values. Moreover, as hemostatic values one should apply certain tests of coagulogram necessary to develop mathematical model due to systemic multiple-factor analysis and detect integral value (Xbi ± Sbi - weighted mean values) for the state of hemostasis system at tested post-traumatic terms, moreover, the threshold of integral value is considered to the following: Xbi± Sbi = 0.1243 ± 0.01, moreover, the values of integral values which are lower the above-mentioned ones should be stated upon as moderate risk for hemostasis system dysfunction, those being above these values - as high risk combined with high risk for the onset of hemorrhagic complications, thrombosis and embolism.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.;2 dwg
