Provided are a body piercing assembly and a method of piercing a hole by using the same, thereby simply accurately piercing the hole in a user's physical portion. A coupling needle(202) has a single cut taper for piercing a hole in a physical portion and a coupling end portion for engaging a decorative portion(204). A cartridge(302) is equipped with the coupling needle for piercing the hole in the physical portion by the coupling needle. A coupling needle manipulator(306) transports the coupling needle engaged to the single cut taper. The cartridge carries out sterilization packing. The cartridge is equipped with the coupling needle in a state of engaging with a decorative part.
