A car painting thermal treatment apparatus is provided to ensure uniform air inlet and exhaustion, maintain linear profile of air stream over the combination and function as an additional heat source by connecting air outlet part of an air duct to center of a ceiling, forming space in three wall bodies of the combination excluding an exit part thereof and heating all of the wall bodies with waste heat of the exhausted air. The car painting thermal treatment apparatus(30) comprises: two staged spaces which are formed above a ceiling of the booth(30) and include a lower space as an air inlet space(31), and an upper space as an air outlet space(32); an air exhaustion space(34) in one open side form which is formed between inner and outer walls of the booth(30) by assembling an outer housing(33) to both lateral walls and a rear wall of the booth(30), and connected to internal bottom of the booth(30) at lower portion of the air exhaustion space(34) while communicating to the air outlet space(32) at upper portion of the air exhaustion space(34); an air feeding duct(13) connected to center of the air inlet space(31); and an air exhaustion duct(22) connected to center of the air outlet space(32).
