An engine-driven air conditioner is provided to increase the heat recovery rate by recovering waste heat of exhaust gas twice, and to improve heating efficiency by recovering waste heat in heating without recovering waste heat in cooling. An engine-driven air conditioner includes a refrigerant circuit(1) having a compressor(40), an indoor heat exchanger(50), a first refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger(30) and an outdoor heat exchanger(60), an engine(10) driving the compressor, a first exhaust gas heat exchanger(20) recovering exhaust heat of the engine, a first coolant passage(2) having a radiator(70), a first electronic valve, the first refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger and a second electronic valve, and a second coolant passage(102) having a second exhaust gas heat exchanger(120) and a second refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger(130). The second coolant passage is operated by a pump in heating.
