The present invention relates to an ultra-wideband (UWB) communication method and apparatus according to logical channel allocation using code division multiple access (CDMA), and more particularly, to CDMA. A method and apparatus for UWB communication by allocating a logical channel according to an initial value for generating a spreading code of the LWB.;In a UWB communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, a UWB transmission method using a code division multiple access method using a plurality of logical channels and spreading codes assigned to each logical channel, generating a spreading code with a predetermined initial value.
