PURPOSE: A continuous casting method of 310S austenitic stainless steel is provided to reduce generation of longitudinal crack substantially by properly controlling casting temperature and cooling amount of second cooling section when continuously casting 310S austenitic stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: In a continuous casting method of 310S austenitic stainless steel comprising 0.08 wt.% or less of C, 24 to 26 wt.% of Cr, 19 to 22 wt.% of Ni, 2.0 wt.% or less of Mn, 0.045 wt.% or less of P, 0.03 wt.% or less of S, 1.5 wt.% or less of Si, 0.2 wt.% or less of N and a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities, the continuous casting method of 310S austenitic stainless steel comprises the processes of maintaining casting temperature of the 310S austenitic stainless steel to 20 to 30 deg.C; and cooling the 310S austenitic stainless steel with water-liter steel-ton calculated by the following expression 1 with water-liter steel-ton of the second cooling section being maintained in the range of 0.42 to 0.47 L/kg when continuously casting the 310S austenitic stainless steel:£Expression 1|,W=a+b/s+c/(s¬2), where a is 8.45, b is -580 to -600, and c is 98,000 to 99,500.
