MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR INDIVIDUALLY DOSED SHEET-LIKE ADMINISTRATION FORMS ARRANGED AS A STACK IN A DISPENSER AND DEVICE FOR INSERTING A PLURALITY OF SEGREGATED SHEET-LIKE ADMINISTRATION FORMS INTO A DISPENSER
To introduce a number of separate preparations as film-based products in a dispenser as layers in a stack, to be removed separately as individual doses, the start material is rolls (1) of wound film strips (10). A number of film webs (10) are unwound from their rolls (1) according to the number of layers required in the stack (9), and they are led (2) to form a multi-layer web (8). The layered web (8) is cut into stack lengths at a cutting station (4), and at least one stack (9) of loose single layers is inserted into a dispenser (5). An Independent claim is included for an assembly with a number of wound film rolls (1), and at least one guide (2) to bring the drawn-off film webs (10) together from different directions into a multi-layer web (8). The web (8) is taken (3) to a cutting station (4). A movement and control system feeds in empty dispensers (5) and removes filled dispensers.
