Solution for Forming Moly-Phosphate Coating on The Galvanized Steel Sheet with High Corrosion Resistance and Methods for Manufacturing Moly-Phosphate Treated Steel Sheet and Resin Coated Steel Sheet with High Corrosion Resistance Using the Solution
PURPOSE: Provided is a solution for forming moly-phosphate coating on galvanized steel sheet with high corrosion resistance, and methods for manufacturing moly-phosphate treated steel sheet and resin coated steel sheet with high corrosion resistance using the solution are also provided. CONSTITUTION: The solution for forming moly-phosphate coating on galvanized steel sheet with high corrosion resistance comprises moly ion 17 to 25 g/L, phosphoric acid 15 to 55 g/L, nitric acid ion 8 to 50 g/L, hydrogen silicofluoride 2 to 8g/L and 3-methyl-5-pyrazoline 1 to 25 g/L. The methods for manufacturing moly-phosphate treated steel sheet and resin coated steel sheet with high corrosion resistance using the solution are characterized in that the solution is coated on galvanized steel sheet while keeping the solution in the temperature range of 40 to 80C, and further resin is coated on the moly-phosphate coat.
