The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for hair containing 0.0001-10.0% by weight of algae red pepper extract. The cosmetic composition for hair of the present invention contains pyrotonolamine, zinc pyrithione, iodopropynylbutyl carbamate, diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone, in addition to the extract of high acid kerrillia. Hair cosmetics using the composition of the present invention is very excellent in scalp itching and anti-dandruff effect.
