A WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD USING ADVANCED OXIDATION PROCESSES(UV WITH CATALYST, FENTON, OZONE) AND PRESSURIZED OZONE OXIDATION(AOP-PO2)
An apparatus for treating wastewater by multiplex oxidation, which can improve the efficiency of the wastewater treatment by allowing multiplex oxidation processes to be performed at the same time, and a method for treating wastewater using the same are provided. An apparatus for treating wastewater by multiplex oxidation comprises: a raw water pressurizing pump(110) installed on a raw water supply pipe(100) to control the supply of raw water; a Fenton solution supplying equipment(200) connected to a discharge end of the raw water supply pipe; a reactor(300) which is connected to a discharge port of the raw water supply pipe, and which has packings(310) coated with titanium dioxide(TiO2) and packed therein, and a plurality of ultraviolet lamps(320) vertically passing through the packings in order to oxidize raw water received from the discharge port of the raw water supply pipe; and an ozone gas supplying equipment(400) installed on a lower portion of the reactor to supply high pressure ozone gas into the reactor.
