PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing and washing foreign materials from recycled aggregates using construction wastes is provided to easily remove foreign materials form waste concrete or recycled aggregates crushed into a size less than 40mm. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a main body(10) having an outlet(12) formed on the lower end; a dispersion device(16) for uniform dispersion input when supplying crushed materials of or recycled aggregates of construction waste to the main body(10) by a feed conveyer(60); a double blade(11); a first motor(15) driven in connection with a reducer(14) reducing the speed of a pair of gears(13); a plurality of air nozzles(21); an air supply tube(20); a solenoid valve; a blower; a check valve(24); a first vibrating dewatering screen(50); a control ware(32); a scrapper(30); a second vibrating dewatering screen(51); a refill water supply tube(40).
