A software constructing system (100) includes a software constructing device (101), a resource storage (102) and a terminal device (103). When a resource ID of software resources is designated by a terminal device (103B), a software constructor (1603) opens an inside working area (W) thereby to start an Ant execute system (1602). In accordance with an Ant definer (1613), the Ant execute system (1602) executes a software construct processing with a source program (1611). Software synthesizing resources (1615) or the resource construction result of the Ant execute system (1602) is stored in the inside working area (W). With reference to a software resource constructing definer (1612), the software constructor (1603) writes back the software synthesizing resources (1615) to the resource storage (102).
