A process comprising the atomization pressure of an immiscible liquid non-Newtonian at a pressure indicated at least 3 bars, in an amount of 0. 01 to 60% by volume of a continuous liquid phase, below the free surface of the liquid phase DC which may flow or be stationary, contained in a tank, driving or closed circuit, to produce a dispersion of atomized droplets of the immiscible liquid at least with a mean diameter controlled 0, 1 mm to 5 mm, wherein the liquid phase continuous or immiscible liquid or both comprise a suspending agent.
