The proposed method for estimating the state of cytokine and immune functions in patients with aftereffects of cerebral infarction is distinctive by determining the content of lymphocytes CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, CD16, CD54, CD25, CD95 and the content of tumor necrosis factor, interleukin 1, interleukin 4, and interleukin 6. The changes of these indicators are used for estimating the state of the said functions.
