The invention relates to a device for sucking the hepatic hydatid or the ovary cyst, being used in the laparoscopic surgery. The device consists of a body (1) connected to a suction source, through a flexible tube (3) wherein there is introduced and axially secured an internal trochar (2), between the two components there being formed a peripheral chamber (a) wherein some fastening rods (7) of a dettachable anchoring device (A) are introduced. The device is fixed by means of air escape valves on a hydatid (o), by sucking through the peripheral chamber (a), and at the same time, this is additionally fixed, by means of some hooks (i) formed at the distal ends of the fixing rods (7). A central tube (4) is slidably introduced through the interior trochar (2) and are connected, through a flexible tube (5), to the suction source in order to discharge the cyst content. The possible liquid leakages are taken over by suction and discharged through the peripheral chamber (a) to the outside.
