摘要
A method of producing thin electrically-conducting layers with high visible light transmittance coefficient, especially on glass products, by means of compounds containing tin chlorides. It is characterised in that tin tetrachloride dissolved in ethyl alcohol is mixed with hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid, dissolved in distilled water. The obtained mixture is deposited, preferably by spraying, on the product substrate, heated to the temperature of over 600 degrees Celsius. Then, it is kept heated to the temperature, which does not exceed the deformation temperature of the product substrate. The amounts of tin tetrachloride, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid in the mixture are in the molar proportion of 4:3:2, while the mixture contains 20-30 moles of ethylic alcohol and 10-20 moles of distilled water.
