Composition preparation, e.g. for liquid crystal polymer composition, comprises pouring melted mixture in passage for preset time, and applying specific amount of electric and magnetic field applied to melted mixture
The preparation of a composition involves melting two compounds and pouring the melted mixture in a passage having a cross-section less than 2 mm 2for a preset time. An electric field higher than 0.6 mega-volts/meter and a magnetic field higher than 0.5 tesla are applied to the melted mixture in the passage. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a product made of a thermoplastic compound; (2) a thermoplastic composition; (3) a shape imparting device; and (4) a composition preparation device.
