Flag artificial fluttering device for use in sports stadium, has flag pole unit under air flow outlet so that flow from outlet causes ascent movement for vertical fluttering of flag that comprises base through which flag is coupled by pole
The device has air blowers (1) to create an air flow, and an outlet (3) for directing the air flow towards outside in an ascending manner. The blowers direct the ascending air flow on two sides of a flag (6). A flag pole unit (5) is arranged under the outlet such that the air flow causes an ascent movement and vertical fluttering of the flag. The flag has a base through which the flag is connected by the flag pole. An independent claim is also included for a method to artificially flutter a flag.
