The Film includes a Solid lubricant and a Conductive Polymer, Conducting Polymer has the properties of Lubricants and the solid LUBRICANT is able to bind to the metal surface.The Surfaces of the metal Film coated with pink linkages are capable of resisting the seizure under conditions of high pressure and High Torque, even after several operations of Armed and unarmed over long periods of time. The film also provides protection against corrosion.The Method and the film are economic in the sense that only need to apply a single layer of Protective Compound to metal surfaces to provide protection against scuffing and corrosion, and prevents problems such as removal of the compound. Or blasting, which are associated with protective compounds using Oils.In addition, The Dry Film is advantageous because it does not contain Heavy Metals, which are hazardous to the Environment.
