PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing supporting structure which is hardly affected by the irregularity of an installation surface and can minimize the deviation in a component bridged between side walls. ;SOLUTION: Disposed on a bottom plate 12 are first, second and third leg parts S1, S2 and S3 to support a casing 10 on an installation surface at three points. A gravity center G of the casing 10 when a part is accommodated in the casing is positioned inside a triangle formed by connecting the three points. For example, lifting the third leg part S3 causes the bottom plate 12 to rotate around a line connecting the first and the second leg part points S1 and S2 with a rotational radius corresponding to a distance between the gravity center G and the third leg part point S3. This results in that angular parts A3 and A4 of the bottom plate 2 both move up and angular parts A1 and A2 of the plate 12 both move up. This means that first and second side plates 16A and 16B moving up from the bottom plate 12 can move while keeping a relationship parallel to each other and thus can minimize a shift is a rotary axis of a roll 18 extended between the first and the second side plates 16A and 16B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
