PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which can effectively display advertisement to a user.;SOLUTION: On terminal equipment 11, a basic control part 23 controls a display part 28, etc., when the mode is switched to display advertisement data. Namely, the terminal equipment 11 can displays the advertisement data to the user when put back into normal mode or entering save mode. Consequently, the display frequency of the advertisement data can be increased as compared with constitution which displays the advertisement data when the Internet is connected to and so on. Specially, when the equipment in the save mode is put back into the normal mode in response to user's input, the user is always in front of the terminal equipment 11.
