PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bacterium having high antagonism to a bacterium of Pseudomonas cichorii as a pathogenic bacterium to cause a rot of lettuce, or the like, and a microbial agrochemical comprising the bacterium as an active ingredient and to provide a method for preventing a plant bacterial disease by treating a plant such as lettuce, or the like, with the bacterium.;SOLUTION: This Pseudomonas fluorescens G7,090 strain belonging to the genus Pseudomonas has high antagonism to a bacterium of Pseudomonas cichorii as a pathogenic bacterium to cause a rot to lettuce, or the like. The microbial agrochemical comprises the strain as an active ingredient. The method for preventing a rot of lettuce, or the like, is characterized by treating a plant with the strain.
