PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate revision of a sound reach range map and revision of an installation position of an outdoor PA slave station without manually writing the range map for an outdoor PA slave station. SOLUTION: The sound reach range simulating system is provided with an entry device 1 that enters a name of a municipality in which an outdoor PA slave station of an emergency radio facility is installed, a data processor unit 2 (comprising a sound reach range drawing means 21 that displays a map and draws the range map on a map of the municipality on the basis of a position of the outdoor PA slave station, types, the number of quantities, output watts, directions and range patterns of PA and a range edit means 22 that simulates revision of the direction of speakers and revision of the position of the outdoor PA slave station) that simulates the range of the outdoor PA slave station on the map, a storage device 3 (comprising a map database 31 for storing map data of the municipality and an information database 32 for storing information of the outdoor PA slave station) that stores information of map data and the outdoor PA slave station, and an output device 4 that displays and outputs the map of the municipality and the range map.
