PURPOSE: To surely receive a ball entering a standby part with a ball holding part by retreating an elastic member provided on a side face confronting with the rotating direction of a rotor in the standby part with the pressure of a ball entering the standby part when it enters the standby part and making the ball enter the ball holding part. ;CONSTITUTION: A PACHINKO ball entering the standby part 26 of this rotary chucker 10 is received by the ball holding part 25 of the rotor 22 succeedingly. At this time, the ball tries to be bitten between the tip part 28b of the elastic member 28 on the side face confronting with the rotating direction of the rotor 22 and the side face 25a of the ball holding part 25 confronting with the elastic member in the standby part 26. At this time, the tip part 28b of the elastic member 28 is pressed and retreated by ball pressure. In such a way, the balance of the ball is lost, and it is surely received by the ball holding part 25.
