PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for predicting a degree of being a negative example on data unknown to be a positive or negative example on a certain problem. PSOLUTION: An unknown example x is inputted to a presence determining part 11 to determine whether or not the example x exists in a positive example database 14. When the example x does not exists, an appearance probability estimating part 12 calculates a general appearance probability p (x) of the example x.
