PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a detecting distance, to enhance the resolution of the distance, to detect an object by using the sensor waves of a radar and to perform a radio communication. ;SOLUTION: By an A/D conversion part 111, a received signal RFI by reflected waves is converted into digital received data on the basis of a sampling clock CLK which records a set time interval within a periodic time interval synchronized with the radiation timing of radio waves. By a control part 112, the digital received data in M pieces of the number of times of a sampling operation within the periodic time interval is held in a first-stage storage means. In synchronization with the radiation timing, the contents of an i-th-stage storage means (where i=1 to N-1) are moved to an i+1st-stage storage means from the first-stage storage means up to an N-th-stage storage means. After that, the contents of the first-stage storage means up to the N-th-stage storage means are added so as to be stored in an N+1st-stage storage means.
