PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute and display compressed image data optimum in response to a status without pressing a transmission line and a computer.;SOLUTION: An image distributor photographs a photographing object, captures an image of the photographing object, compresses the photographed images by each different resolution and different transmission rate, converts the photographed images into a plurality of compressed image data, selects an optimum compression image data in response to a request, distributes the selected compression image data via an external network, and an image display apparatus discriminates a status of each of a plurality of the compressed image data distributed from the external network on the basis of the safety and the importance of the photographing object, selects the optimum compression image data to be displayed, decompresses the selected compression image data by each different resolution and different transmission rate, composes the decompressed images, and displays the result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
