PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver model capable of precisely evaluating whether an assistant function of a vehicle behavior control system is appropriate for a driver or not and an assistant functional evaluation device of the vehicle behavior control system furnished with this driver model. PSOLUTION: This assistant functional evaluation device of the vehicle behavior control system is furnished with a real time simulator 2 to provide a data base in working a VDC system on a real time basis by using a real thing for the VDC system to be an evaluating object and by using models for a vehicle element except for it. A vehicle model, a road surface environment model and the driver model are provided, the real time simulator 2 is furnished with a driver will amount detection means to detect will amount of cross direction movement of the driver and a system functional amount detection means to detect functional amount of the vehicle behavior control system, and the simulator is constituted to evaluate an assistant function of the control system to conform to the driver when the system functional amount and the driver will amount are properly balanced.
