PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing overlapping/displaying device which can overlap plural drawings and picture-display them without displaying unnecessary information.;SOLUTION: The drawing overlapping/displaying device 1 is provided with drawing information DB 4 dividing a content drawn in the drawing into layers and storing them as drawing information, constitution information DB 5 storing drawing constitution information regulating the position relation of the drawings and layer constitution information regulating the layer which is not displayed by the direction of the adjacent drawing, an adjacency judging means 11 judging whether the display drawing which is previously picture-displayed is adjacent to the drawing which is to be picture- displayed hereafter and which is the object of display based on drawing constitution information, a layer display judging means 12 judging whether the layers of the display drawing and the drawing being the object of display are to be displayed or not based on layer constitution information when they are judged to be adjacent and a layer display means 13 which picture-displays drawing information on the layer, which is judged to be displayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
