PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multithread controller which can speed up program execution speed and which can effectively use system resource. ;SOLUTION: The thread collection processing part 12 of the multithread controller 1 monitors the number of thread during execution for a prescribed period and compares a maximum value (the maximum number of threads during execution) in the period with the number of stand-by threads.
