PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online education program and an online education apparatus by which, on the basis of the student's past result in a course, a decision can be made for each student whether the student needs to take the course. PSOLUTION: A similarity degree setting section 112 calculates the degree of similarity of a course before and after the change of course content and stores it in similarity degree data 123. When a student starts participating in a course, a pseudo-passing deciding section 113 acquires the student's previous result in the same course from course participation result data 124, and calculates a pseudo-mark by adding the similarity degree stored in the similarity degree data 123 to the course participation result.
