PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling water circulation feeding system capable of minimizing occurrence of surface discontinuity in casting steel of high crack sensitivity such as high carbon special steel to be cooled, and to provide a control method of cooling water temperature in the system.;SOLUTION: The cooling water circulation feeding system supplies cooling water W1 from a feed water tank 1 toward the cooling object A, recovers cooling water W2 after the supply toward the cooling object A to a recovery tank 18, feeds cooling water W3 after the recovery in the recovery tank 18 to a cooling tower 23 and cools it, and returns cooling water W4 cooled by the cooling tower 23 to the feed water tank 1. In addition to the system through which the cooling water W3 travels from the recovery tank 18 toward the cooling tower 23, a system through which bypass cooling water W5 travels from the recovery tank 18 toward the feed water tank 1 is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
