OPEN SYSTEM OF TRACEABILITY DATA ON MEAT PRODUCTS OF LIVESTOCK RAISED WITH FORAGE USING RESOURCES UNUSED FOR FOOD AS RAW MATERIAL AND RECYCLING SYSTEM OF RESOURCES UNUSED FOR FOOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system for opening traceability data on meat products to a consumer when utilizing resources unused for food which are processed and prepared for a variety of food products but actually not used as foods as forages for livestock and providing safe meat products of high quality.;SOLUTION: In the system, foods which have been provided as meals at institutions such as a school, a hospital, or a variety of restaurants, but actually are not eaten or foods which are sold at a variety of shops as food products but actually are not purchased and do not have any problems of quality, such as expired used-by date, are selected and collected as the resources unused for the foods; identification data for guaranteeing the fact on a meat product package of a variety of livestock raised with a variety of main forage produced with the resources as main raw materials; and confirms the fact related to the meat products by using terminal equipment in which a purchaser of the meat products can be connected to the Internet and accessing open data on the Internet by the identification data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
