PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identification of Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris suitable for quickly and easily checking presence/absence of contamination with the Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in various creature comforts such as beverage added with fruit juice or its raw material.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method for identification characterized by identifying the objective bacillus to be the Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris by carrying out a LAMP method using the DNA of the bacillus as a template utilizing a primer set containing at least a primer having the whole or a part of a base sequence which has at least continuous 20 bases constituting a specific base sequence contained in gyrB gene encoding a β subunit of a DNA gyrase of the Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris, and a complementary base sequence of the base sequence, and detecting an amplification of nucleic acid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
