PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant controller preventive maintenance system considering the history of operation state of a plant controller. PSOLUTION: The plant controller preventive maintenance system comprises a temperature detection means 3 for measuring the internal temperature of the plant controller 2 including a part to be replaced having life time; an actual time detection means 4 for detecting the current time; a means for computing a cumulative energization time and a cumulative service interruption time based on the present time; a means for computing a average temperature in service based on the temperature and the cumulative energization time; and a memory 6 for storing the cumulative energization time, the cumulative service interruption time and the average temperature in service. The system further comprises a part replacement timing computing means estimating the replacement timing of replacing the part to be replaced having life time based on the computed cumulative energization time, cumulative service interruption time and average temperature in service; and a communication interface 8 for transmitting information for the estimated replacement timing out of the plant controller.
