PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation safety performance evaluation method by which even those who are not experts are able to forecast the height of the lower end of a smoke layer at the completion of evacuation, reflecting actual conditions.;SOLUTION: The present invention is a method for evaluating the fire-evacuation safety performance of a building at the stage of designing the building or at the stage of changing a plan or use of the existing building.
