PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with various kinds of troublesome operation related to television shopping. PSOLUTION: A screen of a television shopping program is photographed by a camera of a cellphone 12, information for specifying a Web site is extracted from an photographed image thereof, the Web site is accessed by a Web browser, and information related to photographic time is transmitted. A Web server 21 receives the information related to the photographic time, extracts information for specifying a commodity corresponding thereto by searching a broadcast program DB 26 previously registered with time when information about a plurality of commodities is televised, and transmits a Web page for receiving an order of purchase of the commodity specified by the extracted information to the cellphone during the access. When the cellphone 12 receives and displays the Web page for receiving the order of the purchase of the commodity from the Web server 21, a user can transmit information to the effect that the user purchases the commodity to an order reception server 31.
