PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information effective, only within a specific time period, with respect to a transaction of a commodity, for example, to heighten safety of the transaction of the commodity.;SOLUTION: In this transaction information management device 100, an order information receiving part 107 receives order information from a user terminal 300. A synthetic information generating part 103 generates an ordering code wherein time information, aging effect information and the order information are synthesized. An order registering part 108 sets an effective period of the ordering code, and registers the order information in an order database 116, together with the ordering code. An order information output part 112 confirms the validity period of the ordering code to inquiry by the ordering code. When the validity period of the ordering code is not completed, the order information output part 112 retrieves the order information, corresponding to the ordering code from the order database 116, retrieves user information corresponding to the order information from a user database 114, and outputs the retrieved order information and user information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
