PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an established regulations influence research system that enables a customer terminal device to automatically acquire information about ordinances influenced by established regulations by revision on laws and ordinances. PSOLUTION: The system for research on the influence of established regulations by revision on laws and ordinances has a creation means for comparing a customer's ordinance DB citing laws and a law information DB with reform information created by a data creator added, for creating transfer data on ordinances influenced by the law revision; and transfers the created transfer data to a data management apparatus, so that the terminal device extracts data matching the customer's request from the data management apparatus.
