PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite member in which a member with low rigidity and low strength and a member with high rigidity and a high strength are rigidly integrated with each other and to provide a joint structure.;SOLUTION: The composite member 10 is constituted of low-rigidity members 12; a high-rigidity member 14; and sleeves 22. The sleeves 22 are press-fitted in through holes 20 of the low-rigidity members 12. The sleeves 22 and the high-rigidity member 14 are each provided with bolt insertion holes 24 and 26. When bolts 16 and nuts 18 are tightened, an axial force acts on the sleeves 22. The sleeves 22 are slightly protruded from the low-rigidity members 12, and the high-rigidity member 14 is held between pairs of the sleeves 22 without acting an axial force act on the low-rigidity members 12. An axial force acts on facing surfaces of faces of the sleeve 22 and surfaces of the high-rigidity member 14.
