PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a response validation data communication system which minimizes a data resending latency time and improves data transmission throughput at each link.;SOLUTION: When a request for linking up base stations 2-1 and 2-2 together is made, a base station control device 1 links up the base stations 2-1 and 2-2 together, data for measuring a round-trip propagation delay time are created and sent to the base stations 2-1 and 2-2, and a round-trip propagation delay time measuring timer is started. The base station control device 1 receives the measuring data returned from the base stations 2-1 and 2-2 respectively, and stops the round-trip propagation delay time measuring timer to measure a round-rip propagation delay time; the round-rip propagation delay time is stored in a timer value storage unit 12; and a data resending latency time used for a response validation data communication is calculated from the trip-round propagation delay time and stored in the timer value storage unit 12. The base station control device 1 activates a data resending latency timer where a data resending timer value is applied when the response validation data transmission takes place.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
