PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any connector from a sealing device, and to develop large effects for miniaturization, thinning and price reduction. PSOLUTION: The flexible printed board of an opening detecting element 7 is extended from a sealing device 4 mounted on a cover 2, and pulled along the external surface of a case 1 to a bottom 3. When the flexible printed board is fixed by a fixing means, the electrodes of the closing detecting element 7 are short-circuited. When fixing is released or the flexible printed board is cut, the opening of the case 1 is detected by the sealing device 4. The circuit of the sealing device 4 is directly connected to the printed board by soldering, or the circuit of the sealing device 4 is turned into the flexible printed board so that one printed board integration can be carried. Thus, it is possible to make it unnecessary to provide any connecting material(connector), and to develop large effects for miniaturization, thinning or price reduction.
