PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize government fund reception conditions from all channels and to efficiently manage government fund reception.;SOLUTION: A comprehensive reception management system 100 relating to this invention includes: a control part 401 in charge of the control of the entire system; a communication control part 402 for controlling the transmission and reception of data or the like to a network; a management collection data generation part 403 for generating government fund collection data on the basis of the collection information of government funds such as tax and public utility charges transmitted from an autonomous body; a reception information erasing processing part 404 for performing the erasing processing of reception information stored in a data storage part 410 and a data base provided in the autonomous body; a reception information generation part 405 for generating the reception information reflecting new government fund payment information; and a reception information inquiry processing part 406 for inquiring the data storage part 410 storing the reception information in the case of receiving a payment notice from a banking institution or the like and confirming the presence/absence of double reception.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
