PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine demand amount measuring instrument capable of performing proper chlorine treatment even in a case that a chlorine demand amount is suddenly changed with the elapse of time like at the time of rain, a water quality control system, a chlorine demand amount measuring method and a water quality control method.;SOLUTION: The chlorine demand amount measuring instrument is equipped with a conductivity meter 21 for measuring the conductivity of a sample liquid, a reference measuring means 22 for reacting the chlorine consumable component in the sample liquid with chlorine to measure a reference chlorine demand amount, and an arithmetic unit 23 for inputting the conductivity measured by the conductivity meter 21 and the reference chlorine demand amount measured by the reference measuring means 22. The arithmetic unit 23 calculates the correlation between the conductivity and the reference chlorine demand amount and converts the conductivity to the chlorine demand amount based on the correlation to output it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
