PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making settlement by circulating the original copy of an approval document to each person having settlement authorization, checking the circulating status online by a drafter, and reducing labor of the drafter and the person having settlement authorization.;SOLUTION: A multi-functional machine 10 adds a network address of the multi-functional machine 10 itself and a file name of the approval document to the approval document in forming an image of the approval document. An image of the approval document R1 with the network address and the file name of the approval document added is transmitted from a multi-functional machine 200A to the multi-functional machine 10 after a first person authorizing settlement settles. At this time, the multi-functional machine 200A downloads the image of the approval document R1, and reads the network address of the multi-functional machine of the drafter added to the approval document R1, and transmits image data of the approval document R1 to the network address. The multi-functional machine 10 stores the approval document R1 transmitted from the multi-functional machines 200A-200D, and displays on a liquid crystal panel in response to a request of the drafter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
