PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow accretion prevention cover which dispenses with substrate working, simplifies its mounting work, and is excellent in durability, and to provide a snow guard member for a steel tower, which prevents snow accretion or snow accumulation on a reinforcing plate arranged over a joint portion between members of the steel tower, to thereby prevent snow drop from the steel tower.;SOLUTION: The snow accretion prevention cover is a laminated body consisting of a surface layer having water repellency, an intermediate layer having weatherability, and a substrate layer having durability and shock resistance. The snow guard member for the steel tower exhibits a chevron shape in cross section, which is inclined at a predetermined inclination with the surface layer of the snow accretion prevention cover being arranged on an upper side. The snow guard member is equipped with a mounting portion which is to be secured to the member forming the steel tower or to the reinforcing plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
