PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item bag comprising large sized envelopes each containing a document, a card and the like related to an item administered and allowing the easy discrimination and picking-out of a necessary card, and having endurance with time in arranging past items and convenient in arranging and browsing.;SOLUTION: Ruled lines 3 for taking notes are provided on the surface of the standard-sized envelope 1 such as a size of A4 or B5 and cut portions to be cut is formed along the lateral sides and the bottom side by perforation lines 5. A standard-sized board 11 with the same size as that of the standard-sized envelope 1 is put in the standard-sized envelope 1. The standard-sized board 11 has a plurality of transparent pockets 13 each capable of accommodating a card 15. An additional portion 17 is formed at the bottom end of the standard-sized board 11 so as to expose its upper end 19 beyond the upper end opening 21 of the standard-sized envelope 1 as an index, and can be cut along the perforation lines 5. A hook portion 23 is formed continuously with the upper end 19, and secured to the end of the upper end opening 21 of the standard-sized envelope 1. The standard-sized envelope and the standard-sized board 11 are formed with binding holes 9 and can be bound in a binder in a state that a removal part 7 or the like is removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
